I had the privileged of photographing another founder of Potato Chips Pomeranian Rescue! Malinda is not only a friend and devoted pom lover, she is also the and the owner of Malinda’s Pampered Pets, my pups groomers. It was a long 4 hours of shooting, but it was it worth it and I’ll be honest, it doesn’t feel like work when my clients are this fun and adorable!

So prepare to meet the Pomtourage: Ian, Bella, Emerald, Bear, Casper, Diamond and Bobby.
Sweet baby Ian. If memory serves me right, he was around 8 weeks old when I photographed him. I’m getting puppy fever just thinking about him.

Little Bella was a little ball of fur with feet. She’s the perfect blend of playful and calm, fetching treats and then posing for the camera.

Emerald is beauty personified. Gorgeous green eyes and painted on smile, it was hard not be smitten by her.

Bear brought charm and his signature ears when it came to photograph him.

Sweet and shy Casper, I had to bring out my big guns (peanut butter) to get photos of him

Diamond wanted nothing more than to sit in my lap so I coaxed her out with some treats and when she realized I was taking her photos, well she turned her back to me! Touché girl.

And last but not least Bobby. You may have noticed that there are no studio shots of this handsome devil, that’s because he wanted nothing to do with my seamless or my camera. So rather than traumatize him we did a few high-key shots and did his portraits in my backyard…which you will see in another blog post.
