Last week one of my neighbor’s dog, Molly, escaped her yard so I let her into my house until someone could come and pick her up (and she really doesn’t give me a choice as you will read later). This isn’t all that surprising since there was a time when every single one of my neighbor’s dogs actually crashed into my backyard, we even had some lost dogs make it back there for a while (I’m a real dog magnet apparently). For the most part we have solved the issue of uninvited pooches, all except Molly. You see, Molly thinks she lives here. When she gets out of her yard and can’t make into mine she will lead people to my house or sit in my front yard barking at me until I notice her and let her in.

We haven’t had a Molly visit for over a year so this is Bixby fist time meeting her. We always say Bixby is just happy to be alive. Girl just has a real zest for life. We will walk into the dog park and Bixby will get the whole every dog in the joint moving. Everything about this video is typical Bix, her up in the air feet scratching, her flailing arms when she get excited and her playful bark.

And yes, I totally got knocked over at the end of the video. It happened quite a few times, I guess I’m not use to big dog play time.
